During the event, Sh. SK Shandil, the General Secretary of HPBA, implored the parents to encourage their children to take up sports and participate in various sporting activities. He highlighted that the state government reserves 3% of its jobs for sports persons, which can provide a significant career opportunity for the youth. He encouraged parents to enroll their children in sports activities to help them unlock their potential and pursue a fulfilling career in sports.

Himachal Pradesh’s Navraj squared off against Madhya Pradesh’s talented boxer in the red corner, whose name we shall know shortly, in the first bout of the championship in the light weight category. The tension in the air was palpable as the two boxers cautiously tested the waters in the first round with pensive movements, carefully studying each other’s strategy.

Bushahr Boxing Club is a community-based organization formed with the goal of promoting the sport of boxing as a means of enhancing the physical and mental well-being of young people in the community.
The club was established with the recognition that many young people in the area face challenges such as drug abuse, lack of access to organized activities, and limited opportunities for personal and career growth.
